Omar is known for daring flavour combinations, creative plating style and always pushing the limits of food.
Expect a retro-inspired but wholly inventive three course feast that will delight, surprise and boggle the senses, with excellent vegetarian and vegan options available, and complemented by a delicious selection of sumptuous cocktails. Roasted Jerusalem artichoke, duck miso bourguignon and an iconic Bombe Alaska, with more to be announced.
Our catering partner, Sabel Food, were the team behind the banquet feasts at several festivals and have cooked on behalf of some of the most reputable chefs, including Ottolenghi, Angela Hartnett and Tom Aitkens.
